We have today published our Consultation Paper ‘Guidance for firms on the fair treatment of vulnerable consumers’ . We are consulting on new draft guidance for firms that sets out the FCA’s view on what firms should be doing, under our Principles for Businesses, to ensure that vulnerable consumers are consistently treated fairly across financial services sectors.
